One of the tattoos (next to the map of Latin America) reads, "MUJERES TRANSEXUALES SON MUJERES," which is supposed to mean "TRANSEXUAL WOMEN ARE WOMEN." Another (below the map and the aforementioned tattoo) appears to say something about "LONG LIVE THE BICYCLE."
Like I said in the old thread, a lot of the tattoos have this disgusting ruddy halation around them - that can't be a good sign.
Also, the name of that tumblr means "Latina Goddess of Misandry."

Pretty close to what happens, yeah. Basically, until your body "walls off" the inked section and isolates it (as it would with any foreign body), the white blood cells will attack and antibodies will be produced. A skilled tattooist will put the ink in a layer of skin that doesn't get much immune response.
This is also one reason why the recommend you heal from a tattoo before getting another. The ink is causing an immune reaction until it heals. More ink, more immune reactions. An allergic response is ALSO an immune reaction. Too much ink all at once, there's a chance that your immune system will just go "Fuck it, kill everything".
That's just what tattoos look like when they've been recently finished. The skin around the ink is bright red and it kind of stands up if your skin is sensitive. You can also see the letters are slightly shiny, meaning it's probably covered with an antibacterial cream that you use on new tattoos. I don't see any scabbing or signs of healing either so it's definitely new.
I hope I'm wrong though. If anyone deserves an infected tattoo for being a wanker, it's this motherfucker.
ETA: I've never had an infected tattoo but I did have an allergic reaction to my first one. I have sensitive skin and a lot of redheads in my family tree. People who are redheads or have a lot of redheads in their families tend to be allergic to regular ink, or so claims my first tattoo artist. It certainly proved true for me. Mine looked kind of like this, then it began scabbing badly. There are only letters so there's minimal ink and it should heal up fine without scabbing/colour loss even if they are allergic.

The redness is mostly around the black ink too, which IIRC is the worst for causing a reaction.
