The footage in the film she was about to release is what they claim was stolen. She had given a copy to her journalist friend already and they got it online anyway albeit with a new title.

I would be surprised if this doesn't get taken down based on who is implicated. It should be fine, all fair use official journalists with press credentials and they keep it to just what can be shown without going into any speculation as to why they did these things other than the obvious money and power.
