Even if SS got arrested again he would be out with no bail before the cop even finished his shift.

Yeah there was also a bit where smooth sanchez "pretended to rob a bank" and then picked up a chair on the sidewalk and threw it in the street, which caused a driver to throw the chair at Sanchez

As to why he isnt arrested, see these posts quoted. Note Smooth Sanchez is currently facing charges for the Bridge Stunt, and potentially multiple assault charges he got when he was under the age of 18, he punched a guy, multiple macings, although I dont know alot about those situations.

He is in NYC. Unless he does something that catches fed charges he wont see jail time. His court dates are probably a year out.

I might have posted about this before, can't remember, but NY borderline eliminated bail in January 2020 and only slightly rolled it back that April. (article)(archive) I don't know if they've made further changes since but nothing Sanchez has done would be the sort of thing that would keep him behind bars until a trial.
