Since we know Jewel screams "stop hitting me" when he isn't doing anything, its hard to believe she's telling the truth at any point. More sounds of some item being bashed. Things get quiet, and you can hear running water from a sink. Atilla is probably washing his face/eyes.
Suddenly he sounds like he's stumbling away from her, saying "You cut my foot". He berates her for being shit and says her streaming days are over. He ends the stream.
