no plea was negotiated, likely he did not accept one since they probably offered prison time and he wants to avoid. Since he's a dumb nigger and recorded everything including saying he hopes Aldy dies and saying he was going to kill him before it all popped off there's likely no way he avoids prison at this point. People were saying he would come out with a suspended sentence and it's basically looking like he will not avoid jail time anywhere from like 5 at a minimum if he's found guilty on all counts and 35 or something at max, though even with video evidence that's extremely unlikely.
