I originally decided to ask this as "Chris being capable of a felony" but he is capable of committing a felony, but he's also capable of moving out of the house and looking for a job, neither of which will happen anytime soon.
It's pretty clear that Chris is guilty of loitering at fast food places and discount stores, and it's been pretty clearly demonstrated that he's a deranged, extremely creepy, and generally immoral person who has some serious anger problems, and he claimed that drawing SCFCWC.JPG helped him "not rape Megan", and that was back in 2009. Of course, he's really done nothing in the years since, except maybe hitting Michael Snyder with his car, but (as someone claimed) that was part of more in fear and being a bad driver.
The point is, fear of prison notwithstanding, does Chris really have it in him to commit a felony like rape, murder, or even shoplifting to a point where he would be spending extended time in prison? Or would he just
and do nothing, eventually winding up as a homeless person?
