Also there are plenty of non-Western cultures that recognize more than two genders and have done so for a very long time. Hijras in India, two-spirits in many Native American cultures, Muxe in southern Mexico, etc. Gender isn't a concrete thing (unlike sex, which is biologically based as you said), so cultures interpret what gender is and how to express one's gender identity in various ways. The two-gender system is just the most common and one that the West has latched onto for centuries. What the West might see as a feminine acting male might be categorized as a third gender by another culture. The West has started to accept nonbinary too; it's in the dictionary now. Just something to keep in mind.

No, the most logical explanation for this lesbian tranny saga is that the Love Quest isn't over, so he's trying a new strategy of pretending to be a woman so that he can be rejected repeatedly by lesbians in addition to straight women. He's just trying to widen the population of women he can frighten and alienate.
Chris is autistic and confused. If he has dysphoria it most likely stems from his autism. Autistic people have a very hard time understanding gender and relationships in general.
Also I can't wait until the parents of a mentally ill 'transgender' adult child who should never have transitioned start a lawsuit against consent clinics that allow mentally ill people to get surgery without the precautions that SRS doctors and therapists used to take.
