Is Chris the February 9 killer? -

I'm not saying anything for definite here, I'm just posing it as an open question -- though I should prefix this all by saying that there's enough evidence here for me to be convinced -- could Chris-chan be the February 9 killer?

As I don't wish to commit slander here, I will present only what I consider to be the most salient facts and allow you to make any connections you may want to:

• The killer has struck on February 9th of 2006 and 2008; two dates about which we have no knowledge of the movements and actions of Chris, in spite of the copious records we have for him.
• The killer is described as being in his 20s; Chris was 24 to 28 at the time.
• The killer is described as being Hispanic; Chris knows fluent Spanish as evidenced by his Spanish name Ricardo
• The location is several hundred miles away; Chris has been shown to be willing to undertake a lengthy road-trip for reasons incomprehensible to the minds of most.
• Chris has had multiple run-ins with the law.

I don't want to throw around terms such as "monster", "psychopath", or "criminal scum", I will simply allow you to make up your own minds.

The case you presented for Chris being the killer is strong, but I think the case for Anna being the killer is stronger:

*Anna was actually at Utah at the time.
*She's around the same age as the unsub.
*The killer is described as being hispanic, and Anna calls herself (or at least used to call herself) Fighta jet Lopez on Facebook.
*Anna seems to be kind of not right in the head.

I say we investigate this.
