Hello. Is it a scam if someone asks you to snap a photo of your credit card front and back and send it to them? They said they want to send me money but I’m thinking something is suspicious is happening

It's a dumb scam. Most professional scammers want you to send them gift cards and shit. They're much harder to trace.

This is what I do. But once I still was scammed. Some hackers must have intercepted the data (or that what's I was told). I also sent them a copy of my passport to prove I was me and not a hacker.

It's not great, but it could be worse. Many online vendors won't accept credit card purchases without an accompanying feet pic, so assuming you didn't go full halal you should be OK.
