So ever since I've been staying indoors more I've been eating less than normal. I used to eat 2-3 meals a day at about 1500 - 2000ish calories in total, but nowadays I've only been eating once or twice a day. Just today I ate about 700-800 calories worth of shit in the morning. 12 hours later, I feel a slight desire for food, but not nearly as ravenous as I would be normally. Like I can eat but I feel like it probably isn't necessary for another block of time, say 4 to 6 hours.
