The best example of a cursed name surely has to be Adolf.

I doubt anyone here can think of a better example of a name that parents avoid like the plague when deciding what to call their children, and it can't just be because of the negative association either, because there are plenty of names that are shared by some very horrible people that are still popular with parents to this day (like Joseph, for instance, a name shared by both Stalin and Goebbels, who were arguably just as evil as Hitler, if not more).

Zach, specifically with an H, is the most cursed name I've come across. Whenever I meet a Zach it's like playing bingo with mental illnesses and cult affiliations.

I've had the opposite experience, every Alex I know is a really cool person. Of course everyone says Kevin is a cursed name too and I've only met cool Kevins.
