Is there a search filter for cows based on location? -

I have unlimited free time and nothing to do until at most January. How can I determine what cows live in my area without powerleveling? How can I coordinate with kiwis that want info (which can only be obtained IRL) on said cows, without letting them know exactly who I am on this site?
