Oh, this talk is excellent. I own the book, actually.

It's kinda pop-psychology-ish, so its scientific rigor might be lacking a bit. But they have interesting data and make persuasive arguments. It's a fun read, at the very least. The comparisons between male and female sexuality are fascinating.

I got this book too and agree, apparently there was a bit of a backlash in the fanfiction community.

This talk convinced me to purchase the book. It also convinced me to take a human sexuality class in college. It's definately an interesting read.

The author's stance is that tranny porn isn't gay. From a marketing standpoint it is also targeted almost exclusively towards heterosexual men.

That being said I disagree with the author's position, in my opinion it's gay.
