Sci-fi fantasy books have become too woke for me. I swear it's more preachy than the fucking "Left Behind" series, and at least that was openly marketed as fundie literature to avoid. Nowadays it sounds fun and interesting, only to be mired in fake pronouns and trans shit, stupidly obvious radfem shit, literal one-for-one BLM racism is bad and our racism in this fantasy world is exactly like the US shit. And anything that doesn't have that is the grimdark Game of Thrones redux shit.

So I go and curl up with my collection of 90's stuff that's allowed to just be fun.
