Unlike the Golden Age of CWC, which I missed, I was there to witness Deagle Nation's glorious moments myself.
My list of favourite Jace things:

• The entire grilled cheese Sims 3 livestream - that's what hooked me on Deagle Nation in the first place. I remember how the old CWCki Forums changed its logo to grilled cheese afterwards.
• Just about everything Jace did in Sims 3, period. After his streams, playing Sims 3 myself became boring to me.
  
• Jace's playthrough of Postal 2 and his musical performances throughout it, like his cover of "Welcome to the Jungle" and the classic original hit "Race War, Race War 2014".
• WEED EATER - I can recite the whole thing from memory, that's how I love it.
  
• Jace Connors going into the DANGER ZONE.
• I've never watched any of his Fact Zones, because I found them boring. Jace's periodic freakouts during them, however, were pure gold, like DICKSQUAD "hacking" his website and the "homosexual dog activities"

• Tyce Andrews' amazing knowledge of English language and grammar. He brought us such amazing words and word combinations as "analchest", "#pronk", "catana", "FUDCK YOU", and many others.

• Tyce throwing a shitfit over "Will it Blend" putting a skeleton in a blender.
• Tyce being frustrated by a low-quality neo-Nazi game.
• The whole feud between Jace and Tyce, including their "trial", several duels, rivaling streams (FERGUZONE, etc.)
• Jace's wild road trip around New England in search of FlyAwayNow.
  
• Operation Tupacalypse, of course.
• Jace testing McNuggets on mice and monitoring them for "Islamic behaviour"
• Jace playing Saints Row 2 with Eli.
• Their joint New Year's livestream, featuring "I GET PUSSY I GET PUSSY IN THE GAME", among other things.
• Jan recording a video in character right after getting out of a wrecked car. Now that's one hell of a dedication.
• Jace's feud with Brianna Wu - my favourite part of this was him trying to get Wu to duel via streetracing. Also, Jace threatening to send threats to Wu.
• Jace roasting Wu's autistic fugly Jewish "gonzo" journalist friend on the phone.
• The fact that Jan Rankowski effectively used controlled information release to cover the ruse for so long. Sasha Baron Cohen looked like an amateur compared to him.

It's a shame Deagle Nation ended so unceremoniously, but I can't blame Jan - the whole thing started to attract real-life trouble to him and his family. Unfortunately, his further online career hasn't been as good as DN, and that makes me sad.

I learned about Jace though the great autism war and only got into DN right before it ended. One one hand I missed out on a whole lot of fun stuff but on the other hand I won't have to scrub my accounts of embarassing posts about how Jace is real as well as a lot of e-cred for pointing out he's not real before anyone else.

Hope Jan didn't go full normie and will make some new content eventually, maybe for the MDE game but that has at most a 10% chance of not being vaporware.

He's still on Steam playing PUBG and other games. I played with him earlier this year and he was drunk as shit. He mostly appears offline though because I'm sure he gets spammed with SEMPAR FIDELIS COMMANDER LOl every time he logs on.

I was never a follower in real time and wasn't surprised it was revealed as a ruse but when it was starting up, before the domain name was changed in homage, Jan on the site chat tried to send me a parkourdudewiki link late one night to some Jace codex to read and I looked it over. My comment to him about it was along the lines of, I can see why people would enjoy it but it seemed like the Jace 'person-a' was trying too hard to be paid attention to at any cost. I compared that to the genuine entertainment the pure incorrectly calculated stupidity Chris Chandler put out on the internet and for the world to see (even though Chris was in a go dark period at the time and was thus boring), where for example he would completely believe anything an entertaining enough TV commercial for a product put into his head and then later in real life would parrot it to a more high functioning intellectual person without critical thinking about the absurdity of that in between seeing the commercial and doing the bit to another person other than his immediate family. He seemed to agree with that, but whatever, happy birthday .
