I'm not counting the chans, a coherent conversation there is pretty much impossible with the rampant autism and personality disorders on display. But it's sad that this is one of the very few places you can actually talk about troonism in something more than a froth-mouthed rage without feeling like you could get banned, or even getting a visit from the police. And this extends to other topics which are also considered taboo.

I don't understand why social media websites think prohibiting any earnest conversation on these topics is going to cause anything but trouble. All it manages to do is piss people off, myself included, and make them more ardent in their beliefs. If they're so confident that their opinion is correct that they're willing to ban someone or have someone arrested, maybe actually have the warrant and justification for holding that opinion in the first place and have them put their money where their mouth is. As is, prohibiting any kind of conversation on the subject matter just pisses the people off with something to say, and further rewards the child-like ignorance and stupidity of the social class that benefit from this (wokelets).

I guess I'm just grateful there's still some places left where you can have somewhat of an intelligent conversation about these things. But KF isn't a debate club, it's a place to laugh at lolcows. And so it's sad in a way that the farms have become the best place to talk about this stuff for me.

If you can't express your opinion anywhere but on quarantined parts of the internet, then it doesn't spread as easy and it doesn't reach unaffiliated youngsters. They'll have their most receptive and energetic years filled towards other ideas and goals and your ideas about dilation being "painful" or "unnatural" will not take hold with people until they've experienced it (point of no return).

What i've noticed about the farms is that the level of decency between posters is like nowhere i've seen on the internet since the wild west days.

It's really strange to go to a place like reddit, that's moderated and meant to be civil, yet all the users talk to one-another like they're piece of shit. You get banned on their for saying faggot, but you can rail on somebody with a fedora-tipping, fart-sniffing ACKSHUALLY like a complete dick, and you get cheered on.

Come to the farms though, where it's laughing at troons, calling niggers out, calling op a faggot and the decency and respect towards posters is the best on the internet.

I find that it's mostly a game of finding watering holes that attracts a certain type of people. I don't think it's a better place (except when compared to reddit maybe, but that is a low bar), I don't think it's better people either, I think it's more the right niche of people of being likeminded in some respects.

It's just the right amount of diversity (which is to say: not much, but enough for some spice).

The day KF dies is the day there’s no more enjoyment for me on the internet. I don’t want the awful sanitized spaces of Reddit or Facebook, nor the screaming match that is Twitter, nor the incredibly corporatized spaces like Instagram, nor the actual degenerate platform that is Discord.

The loss of small independent forums like KF is the worst thing to ever happen to online discussion. Those days in the past were legitimately better.

Man, it seems like yesterday where small forums dominated the net. I remember shitposting on forums while drinking coke in a cybercafe. Those were the times. The farms and the chans are the only places we can enjoy our freedom. So let's enjoy while we can, because we will miss it in the future.
