Still the best I've ever been on but I understand. After the reveal and extreme sigh of relief that it wasn't real I totally lost interest in Deagle Nation.
Deagle Nation has been the most entertaining thing on the internet since True Capitalist Radio.
I still feel that Jace could work post-reveal if kept to livestreams. People can much more easily suspend their disbelief when the character is live and interactive, unlike the pre-recorded stuff which is very hard to take seriously when you know its faked. This would've worked even sweeter if Jace livestreamed online games like CoD or League of Legends so strangers who are uninitiated with The Commander could meet him and provide great entertainment.
Jace, Tyce and Eli as streamer characters acting as parodies to the xbox generation could still work. Though it wouldn't be the same style of Deagle Nation we were used to, that still would've been really funny.
DN nation ending the first time got me to explore this board.
I got sucked in early days when Jace was getting trolled by /k/. I regret not one second, Jace was always a good story to laugh about at the /k/ meetups.
Well I think as it's said it's better to go than go stale. Thanks so much for the time and fun that everyone made it. Semper Fi.
O Captain! My Captain! our fearful trip is done;
The ship has weather'd every rack, the prize we sought is won;
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring:
But O heart! heart! heart!
O the bleeding drops of red,
Where on the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.
O Captain! My Captain! rise up and hear the bells;
Rise up—for you the flag is flung—for you the bugle trills;
For you bouquets and ribbon'd wreaths—for you the shores a-crowding;
For you they call, the swaying mass, their eager faces turning;
Here captain! dear father!
This arm beneath your head;
It is some dream that on the deck,
You've fallen cold and dead.
My Captain does not answer, his lips are pale and still;
My father does not feel my arm, he has no pulse nor will;
The ship is anchor'd safe and sound, its voyage closed and done;
From fearful trip, the victor ship, comes in with object won;
Exult, O shores, and ring, O bells!
But I, with mournful tread,
Walk the deck my captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.
Is Jace actually dead? If so, then I seriously regret calling him the worst last time I came to Deagle Nation. Have to say, he was a great troll though.
