Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I'm sure I heard that Gail would report the car stolen by Jace unless he moved back in with her. If I was him, I'd let some time pass and then make a break for it. She can't hold that shit over his head forever.
I could also see Jace blackmailing Gail for committing insurance fraud by saying she was the one that crashed the Prius.

Now it's back on at 7... I think. Looking at Twitter he can't really seem to decide but I'm hoping for the best.
Say what you will about Jace's level of intelligence, but Gail can't be that much smarter if she thinks her schizo son has given up the way of the deagle so easily again.

He's scared of her reporting the car stolen. In this case he doesn't really have to have balls he just has to wait until the check is in her hand and leave, she'll figure out the rest on her own, which he's already done once. Honestly if I'd crashed someone car I'd try to make it up to them even if they were awful... until some time passed and I remembered that I hate their guts and don't nee to be around them
