Jack Inghle is what one would call a "adult baby". A guy who gets off on being a baby. However, unlike most babies, Jack is not in fact a baby. He's a middle aged man. He loves to make videos of himself dressed up like a 3 year old girl, usually wearing a diaper and with a "mommy". Professionally, however, Jack is a DJ, and will often do karaoke videos, you guessed it, dressed up like a baby.
He's not a very good singer, if that wasn't obvious.

According to this article from 2007, their names are John Ingham and Julie Rennie. John claims to be "a comedy act" who regularly performed at Springwood Pub, Woodthorpe, Sheffield. That pub, which had "a bad reputation in the area," was demolished in 2013.
