@CIA Nigger was a former moderator of the Animal Control forums, until he went rogue and tried to delete another lolcow's thread, for which he was banned. Jacob created many threads on furries here, but all the while he was keeping a shameful secret inside: he too was a degenerate furry with autism.
With Null's permission for this halal, I present you a peek at the man behind the avatar.
TL;DR: it wasn't the glow-in-the-dark government agency that got him, it was the furry Discord troons.

Jacob lost his moderator role and was banned for trying to remove the lolcow thread of Byuu in July of 2020.
It seems that Byuu struck a deal with the moderators of a Discord server Jacob was in called Retro Tech Furs to allow him to stay there in return for this favor.
When the favor fell through and his plans were foiled, Jacob was summarily kicked from the Discord group. Poor guy, it would seem no good deed goes unpunished.
It seems that on this server, he realized he was a "shitty person":
After making a dozen threads here, he now finds himself concerned about the dumb shit people do online sticking to them:
This likely factored in to his decision to go rogue here.
Fetish
Jacob has a fetish for anthropomorphic vehicles. He doesn't like it when people judge and reject him for this, so please don't do that guys.
There's just too much to unpack here. Suffice to say, he really likes to see cartoon cars and planes getting it on.
Autism
Jacob unfortunately suffers from autism. His parents tried various cures on him, but regrettably they were not successful.
