Man, I never expected to be in a position where I might end up siding with one of these two assholes on anything, but the "evidence" in this one might be even less credible than the Dan and Vinny accusations.
As a previous post pointed out, its incredibly weird that she continued trying to communicate with him as if they were still good friends. And a lot of the things she decided were important enough to her rape accusation like the "Dinosaur Phone" part was really strange.
These two deserve a lot but I don't believe anyone deserves to be labeled as a rapist if they weren't, so I think we should treat this as we would with somebody we don't hate, not necessarily for Jakes sake, but more for helping stop the increasing wave of false accusations made to destroy the careers of anyone.
