After arriving, she is made to sign an NDA form. She meets Jake Paul and they exchange numbers.

On one occasion, Jake pulls Justine into a corner of the house and starts kissing her in front of everyone.

On July 20, 2019, Jake takes Justine into her room and starts having a basic conversation about where they are from. Jake pulls the "oh you get me even though I'm famous" when Justine asks where in Ohio Jake is from. They would ballroom dance and kiss in his room and bed. Jake would try to further his advances, but Justine would reject them, leading to Jake to respond with "If nothing is going to happen, then what's the point?". Jake then gets up, undid his pants, grabs Justine's head, and forces her to perform fellatio on her. Jake ejaculates into her mouth after approximately 30 seconds and then cuddles with her for a couple of seconds before leaving with her. Jake does not let her fix her hair or makeup. He also grabs Justine's phone and mocks it for its small size and old age, referring to it as a "dinosaur phone." (I only bothered to mention this because she spends an autistic amount of time on this point). Due to it being late, Justine would eventually spend the night there before leaving. Jake would also cease texting with Justine.

In addition, a twitter user named @hereforthetru12 made a very impressive thread detailing the holes in Justine's allegation. It's also pretty long so I'll summarize it here.

The big piece of evidence is that on the 19th Jake was filming a Team 10 video with Tana Mongeau, and later that night went to Craig's restaurant and a club with her, and therefore was probably not even in the house when the assault was claimed to happen.

There is also a continuity issue with one of the images Justine posted. She claims that a Snapchat image she took was taken after being assaulted by Jake (which was around 3AM), despite it being timecoded to 8:30 AM.

The Twitter user also noted that Jake twisted his ankle the day before the assault, yet this is never mentioned by Justine in her video at all.

The day after the assault supposedly happened, Jake spent it giving invitations to some dumbass fake wedding he was planning with Tana, showing Jake was with Tana the whole time between the 19th and 21st, in which this sexual assault supposedly happened. Tana supposedly gets pissed if Jake tried to look other girls, making it weird that Justine didn't even mention Tana at all in her allegation.

There is also some weird issues with the screenshots. For starters, the blue bubbles (iMessage) don't match up with the green send icon (regular SMS). In addition, when clone detection was used on the messages a lot of issues were detected. The Twitter user also took these screenshots to someone who works with Photoshop, and the person responded saying they were almost definitely faked.

It is rumored that Jake Paul was potentially on a list that was floating around when Justin Bieber was falsely accused of sexual misconduct, where people were paying girls to make false accusations on celebrities.

Finally, Justine has been shown to have lied about her age.

This is the true goal, the sort of "justice" that we're supposed to hope for in the enlightened 21st century - the hope is that other women will come forward and corroborate that they either had negative experiences with Jake or experiences that were not negative but can be uncharitably framed that way so that the "victim" can receive some clout for sharing the truth. Maybe some of the stories will really involve more-damning behavior, backed by evidence. But even if this doesn't happen, a pile of allegations from unhappy past hookups can permanently damage if not kill your brand.
