Alright, so this guy is a real piece of wtf. Let's start with the story.
Jamal Prewitt is known as Maximus_Reborn and Jamal2504 in various corners of the internet. His main claim to fame is that he wrote a somewhat popular My Little Pony story on FIMFiction.net called Of Spiders and Magic, the title of which was later changed to Spiders and Magic: Rise of Spider-Mane. As you may be able to tell by the title, this is a crossover between My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and the Spider-Man series. It ships Peter Parker with Twilight Sparkle.
The original story has 61 chapters and totals 367,232 words.
Spiders and Magic II: Eleven Months, which is about Twilight Sparkle getting pregnant with Peter Parker's baby (yeah, I know), is 10 chapters long, for a total of 68,796 words.
Spiders and Magic III: Days of Friendship Past is 10 chapters and 54, 596 words.
That's a total of just under half a million words that this man has devoted to his series. He also apparently put up a story that was literally just a list of 100 reasons why Twilight Sparkle and Peter Parker are the greatest couple in history, but took it down when people started shitting on him because it was retarded.
And if that was the end, he'd just be another dumb autistic brony. But no, it's not the end.
You see, Jamal Prewitt has commissioned (as far as my cursory research into the subject has been able to uncover) over four hundred images for his story and his OTP, which he calls "Spidertwi".
From what I gather after reading the comments on some of these pics, people thought the pairing was a strangely popular crack pairing for a while, until other people who were more in the know enlightened the community about how they came to be.
There are comment strings like this one all over the sites his images are posted on. Brony drama sites have even picked up on it:
Speaking of that, almost every single one of the pictures listed under his tags has either "commissioned by Jamal2504/commission for Jamal2504" somewhere on the original page, and if not that, there's almost always still some indication that it was a commission done for money, at the very least. Being marginally intelligent people, we can infer things.
But in case you're not marginally intelligent, let me show you exactly what I mean.
I could go on, but I think I've made my point. I found all of these examples by clicking on completely random images, btw. There are none at all anywhere that were made of the artist's own volition or commissioned by people other than Jamal. We can assume, therefore, that Jamal has been the source of all but a very small few of these images.
Now, the cost of a colored image from an artist on the internet ranges from about $15 to $60, if I'm not mistaken, depending on the artist (I don't commission fanart because I'm not a faggot, so feel free to correct me). Let's assume he's spending an overall average of about $25 on each image. Jamal has commissioned around four hundred images in total. This means that he has spent around $10,000 on this.
It's shocking, isn't it? How could he pay for it, right? Well, supposedly, he doesn't!
I don't actually have a link to verify this one, but when I contacted people who had dealt with him (I found a lot of disgruntled people in his story comments, lol), a couple of them mentioned rumors that he commissions stuff, then doesn't pay the full amount for it, citing that he's run out of money. Apparently he's enough of a whiner and a creep that most artists are glad to get rid of him and don't harass him after he breaks off contact. If I can find something to verify this besides rumors, I'll definitely post it.
Even if he does do this, which I'm not sure he does, however, he still has to spend a shitload on commissions. His Facebook says he's a doffer at some company, which can't be a very enriching job, so it's likely that he's spending his entire paycheck on this, sans what he needs for food and home expenses and things.
Oh, and by the way, there's even more to him that I didn't put down. I've found rumors about him trying to commission pedo stuff from people and being a hardcore MRA, among other things, but I don't really have enough to justify a whole section on it yet. I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of this. Either way, what the fuck.

most of the ones in the pile are purely commissioned pieces; requested and paid for by the author himself (who goes by the username Maximus_Reborn on FiMFiction, and Jamal Prewitt everywhere else, apparently).
