Y’all are suggesting swimming and I’m just thinking of him swimming with a surgical wound between his legs. They did use stomach and I think colon lining for his. Even with the chlorine that can’t be sanitary. He did go into the ocean shortly after his first surgery. Once.

Been reading the thread and had some thoughts on the last couple of pages of discussion:
Jazz's family has a swimming pool at their expensive florida home.
Jazz's fat issue has little to do with physical fitness and everything to do with being able to eat an INSANE amount of food in one sitting. On the last season of the TLC show jazz films a binge where he eats food from multiple fast food restaurants in a car in one sitting. The binge eating disorder was born when jazz started doing internet high school and would stay in his room all night eating since he wasn't going to go anywhere or do anything anyway. He started internet high school because of a lack of friends, which is no doubt due to jeannette publicizing her kid's genitalia to the national media.
Jeannette HATES having a fat kid in the family. She HATES that she cannot physically stop jazz from going to places and getting food anymore. This was a big reason why jeannette did not let jazz move out upon turning 18. Like all narcissistic mothers jeannette pretends that it comes from a place of concern about her child's well being, but knowing what she has done to jazz its obvious that she doesn't care about that. She encouraged her son to lie about his own medical complications to make gender transition look like a better choice to other people- I suspect the main motivator here is actually so that jeannette isn't criticized for those choices. She expects jazz to shield her from criticism of her parenting decisions. She made her son's life into a political crusade for pediatric gender transition, and fat kids make horrible poster children. If her troon son is a fatty then everyone can see quite clearly how she failed, especially when no one else in the family is fat. I am sure she would not give a fuck if jazz ate all the same food provided he barfed it up afterwards.
Jeannette is very obviously narcissistic and has subjected all her children to a total lack of empathy from their care giver over the years. This by itself produces a huge emotional void that many children of narcissists try to fill with addictive behaviors (and/or poorly chosen relationships). People who are robbed of their sexuality in some way also risk falling into the same trap of addictive behaviors to try and fill the void that a healthy adult sexuality would usually occupy. Most people who have their sexuality fucked with got molested and can in theory get it back through therapeutic work, a total loss of possible sexuality is very unusual (exceptions are things like serious accident, congenital malformation, or rare diseases). Having it taken away completely and by the actions of a family member is a weird and rare trauma. Food is all jazz has. Even if he gets weight loss surgery he will eat his way out of any weight loss or develop some kind of chemical dependency. You cannot raise someone so dysfunctional and simply take away their maladaptive coping mechanisms to "fix" it, they find some other thing to do to destroy themselves.

Don't forget that all of them, like every other normal person on earth, jerks off from time to time. They probably have fucked a boyfriend or girlfriend, most americans do by age 17. If nothing else they can engage in a fantasy life centered around finding a romantic partner that appeals to them sexually. Jazz is physically incapable of any of those experiences.
He has nothing to look forward to besides the next meal. Can't leave Jeanette, can't experience sexual pleasure, is too immature for adult love & romance...He might even ask himself what's the point of losing weight. Losing weight would mean eating less and experiencing less pleasure trough food.

I think both. The hormones can cause swelling of the extremities and many other weird and uncomfortable issues, and Jazz is still essentially male despite all the horrific procedures and treatments that have been performed on him.
Jazz is a freak show. No other way to say it.

I disagree with your interpretation of Jazz's behavior. You are not the first one who says that Jazz is very spoiled, and I don't get it... How is he spoiled? I actually think he is and was a pleaser, a child who looked to please his mother, and boy did it cost him.
I especially disagree about the part with him getting everything he wanted - that he wanted to be a girl and got it. This is a kid that at the age of two, not even three, was diagnosed by some "specialist" as transgender. Not even thred years old, what did he know? This is a kid his parents told him since he is less than three years old that he is a girl. Who really wanted it and got it? Was it he or Jeannette?
This boy is messed up psychologically thanks to his wonderful parents, especially his devoted mother. Think about how he has been told all his life, pretty much since he remembers himself, that he has a girl's mind in a boy's body. That he is girl, he just needs to fix himeself and he would be the perfect girl he always meant to be. Inverting your penis is an extremely crazy thing to do, but if this was presented to you as the thing you should strive for, and that this would make you whole and "correct", and finally you wouldn't be so different - you'd be just like any other girl, finally a real woman... Well, it makes much more sense. Especially since he was the star of his own reality show, a show he was not initiated and was not his idea (he was what? 11, 12, 13 when the show began? It wasn't his idea. He is not fame starved, never has been). And in this show, it was expected to do it by the end, this was the great finale.
When you think about all that, you can also understand how much pressure was on Jazz. It might explain his frequent anxiety attacks and anxiety in general. He probably felt that it's all too much all the time. (Also, the hormones might contributed to it).
His laziness might also be the result of deep depression and the feeling he has no control on his life. If he doesn't have control, what's the point of doing anything? Nothing goes the way he wants - if he even knows what he wants anymore.
Besides being lazy, he is not very spoiled at all. He doesn't ask for material stuff. He lives at his parents' house, sure. What he is supposed to do? The way he was raised, he is not fit to live on his own. His mother supposedly tending to his every wish is really just a guise. It's her controling his life, basically.
I have a lot of sympathy for Jazz, because I truly believe he is not at fault here at all. I believe him wanted to be a girl is the product of his mother's wish, who for some reason, I still don't really know why, wanted a trans kid. Sure, it's annoying that he still want to be "an activist", his stupid posts/videos advocating for males playing in women's sport is annoying me to no end (you wanting to play on the girls team as a kid and males playing in women's teams in elite sport is not the same, okay Jazz? Seriously, fuck off with this shit), but what does he has in his life beside this? Him being a trans girl is the only identity he has in this life, that's really all he has.
It's been well noted that the kids who get trooned out early, when they're still young, they remain a normal weight or even slender, but once they seem to reach 25, they start packing on the pounds, and it's very clear that they have a male fat distribution. It's also been well noted that when castrato's were a thing, a huge amount of them were known to be fat, especially when they became adults. And, even in men who don't troon out, weight gain usually happens when their testosterone levels plummet for whatever reason. Testosterone also drops when men gain weight as well, as fat causes an increase in estrogen levels.
And I don't think that Jeannette is bothered by Jazz's weight gain, because she's the type of narcissist who would definitely do all she could to prevent him from bingeing if she actually cared about it or was bothered by it. She'd probably restrict his car privileges or tell Jazz he can only go out if she goes with him. She would also probably be the type of narc who would lock the fridge and pantry, as an effort to control Jazz's access to it (though some parents do have to do this with their kids, especially if they have a condition such as Prader-Willis, where their child can't help themselves and they are always hungry). She would also be the type to put him on a very strict diet, and would not be above of snooping in his room to make sure he's not hiding/hoarding food. She'd probably also drag him to doctor and try to get him prescribed Adderall or Vyvanse and would herself be the one giving him the pill to make sure he takes it.

If they wanted to give Jazz plastic surgery, it would have already happened. But doing so would prove that puberty blockers , cross sex hormones and SRS don't actually make a man look like a woman, and would be a huge counter to the TRA claim that doing this to kids changes bone structure and body shape and will make them indistinguishable from real women. If they had to give Jazz surgeries so he'd look more "woman", then, what's the point of doing all this shit?
