Her teeth are crowded and probably impacted up above the gum line. That can cause quite a bit of pain. She may also have an irregular bite which can cause further damage to her mouth, lips, and inner cheeks.

As a positive and upbeat person, I agree we're compensating for something, maybe even a lot, and a lot of that enthusiasm is about self-soothing related to insecurity. I don't think most become raging alcoholics, but a lot do end up disappointed and it's easy to become bitter if you're lazy or let your guard down about maintaining a good attitude. I think you might be surprised if you viewed Sanders' browing history and saw what he was really saying. The kinds of people, and what they're really like, that are posting on places like this and the now-defunct 8chan, might surprise you.

He has always moved his mouth like that.. maybe it's more noticeable with his face ballooning out more and more.
It's all fun and games when you're a kid playing make-believe and getting loads of positive, focused attention (and you still have intact body parts). Jazz thought adolescence and adulthood would be just as whimsical and carefree.
If he were gay he would have come out already. In the show, he mentioned how Jeanette would miss all his sports games in order to go do publicity things or doctor things with Jazz, and that she never apologized for it. If he were gay he would have tried to use that to his advantage to get at least a fraction of the attention that Jeanette showers on Jazz. He also has no reason to not come out at this point. You can argue that maybe if he came out then Jeanette would try to troon him out too, but that isn't realistic at this point. Sander is far too old and set in his ways to be brainwashed into thinking Jeanette knows what is best for him. If he were out he would at least be able to accompany Jazz and momager dearest to pride events, and he would perhaps have a larger social media following.
