Late reply but w/e, since when is vitiligo caused by cirrhosis?? Cirrhosis commonly causes jaundice, which is a yellowing of the skin, but vitiligo is straight-up depigmentation. Vitiligo is usually hereditary, that's why multiple members of the same family can have it. It's not as common as SJW art implies it is, but it's not like it's some kind of scarlet letter denoting bad life choices or something.
She's likely saying she's trans because she identifies as NB. That now gives you the trans card in LGBT because you 'identifiy as something different than you were assigned at birth' even without actually transitioning.
On the art side though, ugh. Everyone be on this representation bullshit these days and it's so fucking annoying. No, you don't have to have people with so called ugly traits in things to make people feel better. That's you projecting. Most people are not proud of their stretch marks or acne, they don't want to be reminded of it constantly. Yes it's pretty normal to get them through life, but it's not something society at large will probably ever see as sexy or cute.

Autoimmune diseases usually are linked and/or cause organ failure, with the liver and kidneys being the first to go.
They're talking about primarily biliary cirrhosis, which is in itself an autoimmune disease that's often comorbid with vitiligo and sjorgens.
It's not saying cirrhosis causes vitiligo, it's saying that certain autoimmune diseases that affect the liver are also comorbid with other autoimmune diseases

CRP, whilst produced by the liver, is an inflammatory marker and nothing to do directly with liver disease. If you have high CRP, it usually means you have an infection or some form of inflammation in your body (eg arthritis). From the examples i could find, a lot of liver disease related vitiligo is after some kind of infection or inflammation, like hepatitis (which can also be autoimmune triggered). It's likely that triggered the immune response that destroyed the melanin in the skin, which causes the vitiligo patches.
On topic tho this bitch will probably claim anything for asspat points so who cares if she does or doesn't have it. She's pretty light skinned so it wont be as visible even if she did have it.
And what would she transition to? Do her breasts cause her dysphoria or anything like that?
