She is the wife of Paul Burns, the owner of Porcelain Tubs Restoration, and is currently the Vice President of the company, which has been featured by mainstream news outlets like The Washington Post, FOX, NBC, and ABC.

Anyway, she has been making numerous YouTube videos with a heavy emphasis on Sargon of Akkad, Thunderf00t, Davis Aurini and others who she deems to be part of the "Manure-o-sphere." Here is a screenshot of what a lot of her videos usually consist of so you can get an idea of how often she makes videos about them. She's also a bit of a conspiracy theorist herself with how often she'll believe that someone she dislikes is a Nazi or a racist with little to no evidence at all.
Her main claim to fame was a few months ago when she was given a link to Sargon of Akkad's Facebook page and tried to conclude that he was a rabid racist because of the jokes he made. She even got her own mention on Encyclopedia Dramatica because of her actions.

Sargon was so intrigued by her absurd behavior and conclusions that he eventually responded to one of her videos with this.

This is also another recently comment that was left on the Thunderf00t video, which I'm going to get to in a minute.
If that didn't get bad enough, this is how she will sometimes respond to people that she disagrees with. Everything that she accuses other big name YouTubers of doing she has done herself.
There's another comment I'm trying to find where she actually screamed at another person in all caps acting really salty and I'll have that one up as soon as I can find it. It was hilarious, but onto the main point of why I think this individual is worthy of her own lolcow thread.
Recently, Thunderf00t read a letter that she had sent to his employer in an attempt for the employer to take action, trying to justify it as being just like writing letters to get Rush Limbaugh fired.
Right after Thunderf00t made this video, Jennifer started backtracking and claiming that letter was written by someone who took her lead rather than it being something that she wrote herself, and this guy called her out on it.
After this, she got so butthurt that she put the video on private, thinking no one had saved it. Well fear not because here's direct evidence that she was lying.
In addition, there was this salty tweet too.

Just today, she decided to show her face on camera for the first time and she's still trying to play the victim about this whole fucking thing, and she has her little cult of white knights defending her on this bullshit too.

If that wasn't enough, she was recommended by Steve Shives in his infamous "Why Atheism Needs Feminism" YouTube video.
Edit: I decided to change the name of this thread to reflect the fact that a lot of Jennifer's defenders are just as autistic if not more so than her and I think they will be providing a lot of content long after this situation dies down. The people are in particular who are of interest are Jenny McDermott, Johnny Dev, Steve Shives, Kristi Winters, Bewildered Ape, Kevin Logan, Hannibalthevictor13 and a lot more who are part of this same circlejerk of people on YouTube who have either white knighted her or who really have a seething grudge against Thunderf00t for whatever reason. Jennifer's husband also shares her opinions on the situation despite admitting that what she did was a bad decision.
Update, 1/15/16: After several months of being dormant, Laughing Witch returns with tons and tons of salt and copyright strikes starting on page 20 and which keeps continuing. She took down all of her videos and tried to get my channel archiving them wiped off YouTube. Many of the lolcows associated with Laughing Witch have been given splinter threads over time and more and more of them keep being found, so here's all the threads I linked to on the Kristi Winters page because it was becoming a mess trying to organize everything in just two threads alone. Jenny McDermott's thread was the first of such spin off threads because of the amount of content that people like her were producing independently from this specific kind of drama. This thread is now solely about talking about Laughing Witch herself, her comments, and her videos only despite the thread title. The title will not be changed just so it won't affect Google search results.
A thread on Milton Davis / poniiboi / John Horse / John Bewbs is also coming soon and the write up for that one is being worked on at the moment by someone who's been keeping track of him better than me.
