These two are a couple who claim they can channel a collective cosmic consciousness who dubbed itself 'Abraham'. They peddle books and materials all about psuedoscientific teachings that seem to be centered around 'ask and you shall receive'.
This is their site. I don't even know where to begin with these people, so it's probably best to just have a browse and take in the gist of everything.
They sell all kinds of things from books, DVDs, audio recordings and more. For something they claim is a 'universal law' and exists regardless of knowledge of it or belief in it, they're sure making a pretty penny off telling people about it.
I heard about these two from my mum, who's currently reading one of their books. She told me about them by declaring she was "learning about quantum physics", and I soon found out that she was neck-deep in woo when I asked her to explain it to me. This kind of misappropriation of scientific terms really shits me off, and while I find these people funny, it still makes me angry.
So, lolcow material or not? They approach this stuff seriously, but it's so ridiculous and anathema to the current state of physics I can't help but see it as such.
