But you know who does? Lily! In retrospect, I'm surprised she didn't go full "Kyoto Animation" on Dreamworks after the so-called "Voltron incident". Her problem is her failure to see media as a reflector of culture rather than a creator of it (i.e. "when there's smoke, there's fire"). But I bet me telling her to roll with the punches unless outrage is absolutely warranted would be taken as gaslighting or some shit.

Liliana certainly had a much better disposition when Carousel broke up with her. Since the announcement Liliana has felt very passive agressive about the whole issue so I can only assume she's making time until Ginger gives her the tiniest motive to completely go off on her. For Lizzy it was she daring to care about Liliana even after dumping her. It could be just a comment, just failing to do a simple task, but it's going to be something that Liliana'll absolutely turn in her favour and Ginger's fault.

Speaking of such, does anyone had the impression that lately Liliana was lovebombing Ginger so much more than before? In that single collab video they did, Josh and Jerry displayed such remarkable chemistry that I find myself pining for a timeline where we got more of that. All I wanted was to watch the good Christian boy and the degenerate sleazebag play off of each other, but instead, well, I got a thousand pages of why that was never going to happen.

They're most likely friends because of two simple things. One, Lily is a giant contrarian. Lily never believed the KP victims and thought it was all petty bullshit and that KP was a good person being mistreated by asshole staff. While the rest of the brony community decided to avoid and distance themselves from KP for her practices of not paying any of her staff, claiming they were all just volunteers working for exposure, Lily likes to go against the grain. Lily also probably finds KP attractive both from some sort of social standing view and a physical attraction. KP was once the big name in the brony community and had the most subscribers out of anyone I believe. She was the popular girl and for Lily she probably still sees the subscriber number and think she still has this giant audience.

The second thing is for KP. Lily does get views and has a very loyal fan group. KP probably sees how Lily's fans keep coming back to Lily no matter how they're treated or the information that comes out about Lily. She has a dedicated echo chamber willing to lick her ass and be whipped and are just thankful to be in her presence. KP doesn't really have this. She has fans but she doesn't even start to do some of the numbers Lily gets in views anymore. KP knows that no former brony that managed to keep their audience base or even grow pass it would want to associate with her. That just leaves Lily, the biggest one of the very few who would be willing to be 'friends' with her. KP is probably hoping to jump start her dying channel and regain some modicum of success she used to get before her drama happened. Of course this means she's associating herself with a person who's written pedo fanfiction of MLP, pedo rape mentions in a pokemone comic, has actually abused a former partner emotionally and falsely claiming said former partner had raped her (Lizzy if you're reading this thread and someone has posted screenshots of these claims you should think about a defamation/slander lawsuit or get a cease and desist from a literal lawyer sent to her.) and the rest of the documented shit Lily has done. To me KP isn't the same level as bad as Lily is but you have to be a very morally questionable person to decide to ignore all this and hang around Lily even for just a tiny bit of clout.

ive noticed that kp is a fan of schaffrillas (commenting on his videos) and those 2 have VERY different approaches to animation. also, the only video that kp participated was about mental health

Basically, I'm saying how I don't think anything worthwhile will come of it. Our gal is largely irrelevant nowadays (outside her circle of bootlickers and kiwi-observers, that is) and Kim is even more so. My guess is KP is keeping some distance between herself and Lily to get some of that clout without too much negative rep from being friends with the glorified pedo-fic writer. I've seen the discussions about Lily being aro, ace, demi or whatever. There are some well thought out explanations from it written here, but figured I'd share my simplistic take: maybe she's just bad at reading herself on how she feels about other people? Don't take this as another diss at her, it's a problem I've myself had before and still have. Sometimes it's just hard to tell exactly how I feel towards someone else, so I wonder if it could be the same with her. Therefore she went with the reasoning given by tumblr identities because it makes some blurry lines easier to see.

i understand what you mean by being melancholic, but i love reading about internet fuck ups, it makes me be more grateful for my life and want to genuinely spend some effort on myself. i want to keep having healthy friendships, going outside, working in an actual job to avoid becoming someone like lily



one thing i did not expect from following this thread is having more respect for dudes like mr enter. yeah, the dude has said some of the most stupid shit ive ever heard in my LIFE, but at least he genuinely likes his job and puts effort in it. he keeps watching a wide variety of cartoons and has said that his youtube channel is the best thing that has ever happened to him, while lily keeps being bitter and wanting something better. so yeah, im not even jealous of not being able to sustain myself by making shitty videos once a month, following her makes me have an honest appreciation for offline life
