Time for some arm-chair psychology.
He keeps drawing attention to himself because he can't help it. I think this whole shtick is probably the only way he as a person has ever been validated. People secure in themselves don't swan and fan about like this. I'm sure he prefers positive attention but like most neglected people negative attention is better than nothing. This reminds me of one of Keemstar's recent videos criticizing Boogie2988. Keem pointed out that whenever things got quiet Boogie would say something really stupid, people would attack him and he'd complain about being a victim.

How does 'playing Matryoshka' work? I can see you could nest companies inside other companies, but that would only slow down any liability process. Unless you strategically bankrupted the sued entity and then just set up a replacement...

It's called Forum Sliding, i.e. posting a load of spam so that embarrassing stuff slides out of view. Mad people think that (((they))) do this to hide forum posts the mad people posted which exposes (((their))) evil scheme. Of course, what's usually really happening is that they post some tl;dr bullshit and everyone just went on shitposting. I.e. no conspiracy by (((them))) was necessary, it's just the Internet doing its thing. What a shitstorm

A couple things

1. the defendant has 14 days to respond to this from the date filed. I'm waiting to see that.

2. If he's claiming an injury he'd need supporting docs to substantiate it (doctors statements etc.)

3. I can't see this going well for jonny in court. He's proven himself to be a liar more times than one can count (is he intersexed? does he have periods etc.)...All his frivolous claims against the waxers & others

Oooh, he actually filed one in big-boy court? Yeah, yeah, I know it's only small claims, but it's still Actual Court(tm). Unlike the tribunal kangaroo court, the real ones don't take the plaintiff's side automatically and they also provide actual due process to the defendants. This should be hilarious.
