There's definitely more to do because those here monitoring him were checking for drama, not the mundane.

"...I'm mobile and there's a hurricane" is so Lois Lane.Oh, this reminds me. Sorry for sloppiness, I’m mobile and there’s a hurricane.
On August 9th I had reached out to Miss BC and asked to what degree JY was still associated with the Pageant.
This was because Yaniv’s Page on the Cops for Cancer Tour de Valley was suddenly removed. I had been looking at it one day, and the next — totally gone, purple prom dress pic and all. Seems to have been a cache that caught up. When I reached out to the Cancer Society, they redirected me to Miss BC, as apparently that had been a team page for Miss BC, and only those affiliated with Miss BC were shown.
Miss BC gave me a semi-answer, declining to name or address JY directly, instead referring me to their website and stating that individuals/contestants associated with MBC were displayed on the site. Of course, JY is no where on the site.
Are you saying we need to look under every boulder?
You may not be wrong. Didn’t he file a lawsuit against the Miss Canada pageant after they declined him for having an outie? And then the pageant with the gold jumpsuit photo? He was targeting pageants around that time and one of them may have just been cautious in telling strangers they bounced him because they didn’t want a kiddie diddler watching girls change.
The PT location he went to is part of a group headed by Howard Morris. They will have been insured for episodes like this and their insurer will drive the kind of response Yaniv receives.
This was filmed at the location mentioned in Jon's claim. Tables in background are not very clear.
This was a photo on the Facebook page for the location JY likely went to. These tables are heavy duty and meant to withstand a lot and judging by the support structure, it would be next to impossible for it to have happened the way JY describes it.

Agreed. Depending on the insurer, sometimes they don't take the cheap way out. Sometimes they want to make an example of a plaintiff in order to discourage the notion of easy payouts. It's interesting that Yaniv went the small claims route, since he's claiming his injury induced a seizure and is causing him intense pain, and I assume aggravating his pre-existing physical and psychiatric conditions. Given the seriousness of his claim (and that medical legal reports cost a small fortune) I would have thought he'd get a lawyer and sue for a 6 figure sum, with the idea of settling for a mid-range 5 figures. The insurer might go for a quick cheap payout. Unless the insurer is made aware of the serial fraudulent litigants easily observable patterns of shaking down small businesses. At which point most insurers will tell him to go fuck himself. They will take the cheap easy way out unless they sense blatant fraud. They like to take measures to discourage that sort of thing. And Yaniv has a bit of a history.
A decent view of the table at 17 secs.
And an even better view. Those, like most medical beds designed for facilities are rated for about 500 lbs. maybe 550. 500 is generally the magic number these days. Yaniv is a fat slob, but he is nowhere close to what would stress modern professional non portable medical equipment. And even then the fail point is normally the wheels. To make those beds handle above 500 lbs all they would need do is put cinder blocks under the lower frame to take the weight off the wheels. The actual bed mechanism is a scissor lift or jack. It can lift a car no problem.
Hopefully the case actually makes it to court, so some local Farmers can attend and harvest some of the ample dairy goodness that is sure to flow from the bountiful teats of Our Lady Lolcow of Kotex.
Maybe if he'd written a song about how he doesn't diddle kids he would have gotten in.
Jonathan Yaniv is so litigious that he's going to find businesses unwilling to deal with him at this rate - and it won't be anything to do with "transphobia" (or "fat shaming"). You can't trust him to get through the door of your business premises without claiming his scoot scoot got broken on the doorframe (you had no disabled access!) or his back was crippled because the chair you offered him was a little low. Why take the risk of dealing with him when he's just looking for reasons to sue everyone and refill his bank account?Agreed. Depending on the insurer, sometimes they don't take the cheap way out. If he represents himself in small claims, with maybe a letter from his family doctor and his mother as a witness, I just don't see this working out very well for him. Insurance company will send someone out to examine the bed and will probably have him under surveillance soon. Hopefully the case actually makes it to court, so some local Farmers can attend and harvest some of the ample dairy goodness that is sure to flow from the bountiful teats of Our Lady Lolcow of Kotex.
I would pay good money to see Yaniv negotiate the Coventry Ring-road on his scooter.
Agreed. Jon thrives on attention and being shunned will make him go mad. Of course, that won't stop him from moving somewhere else, where the cycle starts again. What you need when someone is really absolutely intolerable is a good old-fashioned shunning. Send him to Coventry. No-one needs to say any difficult "no" and "I'm sorry" words to him, just absolutely blank the fucker.
This is his second bed claim, the first being that workmen got on his bed that he got from Yitzhak and broke it.
Note also that he himself used the word "seizure" for himself in an official public document. I wonder if anyone's forwarded it to the Canadian DMV equivalent.
And ETA, 8840 210nd St Langley 505 is a UPS store maildrop https://www.madvix.com/CA/Langley/531020210242988/The-UPS-Store-Langley. A maildrop that replaced his Vancouver one?

How does 'playing Matryoshka' work? I can see you could nest companies inside other companies, but that would only slow down any liability process. Unless you strategically bankrupted the sued entity and then just set up a replacement...
Can we forward information on these antics of his to his latest targets? They know he's fucking around, but if they're given proof he's fucking around...
He's too scared to do that. If he ever 'cuts' himself, he'd most likely draw a few lines of red Sharpie on his arms and Instagram it.He should just start cutting himself for attention, save the paperwork.
