This was just started on September 4th, 2019. The little bitch is suing a Physiotherapist for $35,000.00 in Small Claims at Surrey Provincial Court. The file is really fresh in CSO, so there are scant details.

Jonathan has only filed two company searches, and a Notice of Claim for $35,000CAD. I don't think they've scanned the claim into the system yet, because I can't grab it from my CSO account. I'll see if I can dig some more and call the Registry tomorrow about SUR-P-C-85518.
