Is it really that difficult to put that ladder away when you are done?

It always kills me to see that Jill's bedroom and bathroom - a space for two people where all children are forbidden to enter - is larger than the two bedrooms she allowed for 12 of her children combined. And that Janessa is given a room of her own (fire trap that it is) because Jill is still laboring under the delusion that she needs a nursery for all the new babies she will have.
