Do you ask everyone who posts a dox on a person of interest for their proof? The very vast majority of OPs with doxes in them don't have proof, they are instead independently and privately verified by mods before they are posted (especially with Proving Grounds being a thing now). This is because posting "proof" generally means that other persons of interest now can know how you did it and can proceed to cover their tracks. Not to mention the person you doxed DFEing, preventing you from getting any further content or archiving anything you forgot to archive.

It may be convenient for us, but it's not practical to do on a regular basis.

Here's an example that happened to me personally, I posted the dox of a Chris here, and laid out my methods and sources in an extremely clear fashion just like you're asking for, do you know what happened? The nigga DFE'd and tango'd down in less than a day. Now that was fine because he only had enough content for a single big post, and we had already archived what we needed, but the speed of it was still very surprising to me.

Regarding the dox itself, It's almost exactly as I imagined it, because it's my opinion that one has to be some form of a trainwreck to be interested in autistic shit like Gamergate or flinging shit with retards like Sargon or Sherratt online, him doing what he does for the time that he does it kinda tells you that he shouldn't turn out to be better than them at all.

Listen, the doxing was actually done by someone who spent a lot of time on this and who is probably the best fixer on kf. They have had this hypothesis for a while but finally used a method to verify it that they feel is sound enough that it should be accepted as true. I concurred. If you don’t feel that this is Jim, it is rational to question that assertion, but at the end of the day there is no real obligation to share methods with the audience, especially if information was shared with staff. If you don’t believe it is Jim then that is fine. If you feel you need to see how he was doxed to believe it that is rational. But I’m here to tell you that when your reaction is to get up in your back about it then you become amusing.

This is sort of the inverse of how cows are trolled by info being dropped on them where fans of the cow become upset when they cannot see how info about their good boy was outed. The solution is for you to sit back, think, and be resourceful and come up with a method that would test whether or not it is Jim. That said, you’re feeding the trolls by snapping back so hard.
