Also, as weird as they are, vore and inflation are actually pretty "mainstream" fetishes (especially vore). Babyfur is weird and gross to even most furries. So I'm not surprised babyfurs are more defensive of their fetish.

I've snooped on their community a few times and they get really defensive whenever their fetish is criticized by people. I think it's a combination of them being more autistic than the other fandoms and the fact that they are rarely, if ever, called out. To my knowledge this is the first time the community has been called out by someone with as large of a following as Jim. The babyfurs are probably panicking as a result, especially because Jim is calling out specific people and not just usernames.

This is also a good point. People in the vore and inflation communities are probably used to getting shit on, people have been making fun of them for years. I don't ever remember babyfurs being made fun of in this way.

I still think that its because toddlergirl apparently has actual fans while the previous people were nobodies.

That said, if it isn't that... we've been focusing on the diaper aspect but its possible that its actually the fur part that has resulted in the spergery.
