Also it's quite convenient, they find something, Jim's right, they find nothing, Jim's still right because they clearly covered it up. I'm sorry, but if they find nothing that doesn't automatically mean they're covering it up. And if it is, then really it shouldn't be that big of a set back, surely the accuser should have enough evidence to be able to take it to a higher court if need be.I like the YT comments making fun of the "internal investigation" at Ubisoft, yet they're clearly the type who would prostrate themselves the moment an accusation is pointed their way. Heck, Jim himself for all the pity he's trying to accumulate would get destroyed should that occur to him.

Is there a new interesting reason why AAA games can't be art or it's the regular "you can't be art if you are a big powerful body who throws away a ton of money"? Because if it's the former, we need to call the Vatican and tell them the Sistine Chapel isn't art.
At this point, Jim and co. want anyone accused of sexual misconduct, even without evidence, destitute or dead. They want all their family and friends to disavow them, and they want all their achievements scrubbed and attributed to someone else with no chance for redemption.I'm not even sure what's his point in all of this. Does he want vigilantism? Does he want the accused raked over coals just like that? (Excluding the middle eastern dude, obviously.)
I can't imagine the corny dude wanting to have an actual killcount to his name, let alone going through an accusation himself. Due process exists for a reason, it's to protect suckers like him.
Sure, I don't trust the HR, that's actually why the internal investigation is even happening. They fucked up, and now they're being investigated by independent firms. But that doesn't mean I should trust a guy who's wearing a top hat or a cheap silver wrestling outfit either. There's opportunistic, unscrupulous fucks everywhere, and I don't expect any other industry to be different or even Jim for that matter.
At the very least I know the guy who strangled a chick is getting the book since there were witnesses on that one.
I figured as much.Just FYI his Crash 4 video's gone, apparently the Microsoft Store page was wrong, they're not adding microtransactions.
Holy shit he really does pull of the Bob look good. Needs more sunken cheeks though.
This is why Jim's habit of putting a crapton of fluff in his video (To remind people of the AAA misdeeds) can lead to problems if he goes before the actual news. Just like the reddit post, some people just want the details first, explanation later. But Jim hammed it up too much and it hurts his case after this.
