I don't know if it tickles, it's such a blatant grab for clout it's not even funny anymore. It's the Oppression Olympics equivalent of stolen valor. Jim, a corpulent white male who has never suffered any oppression in his life, earning 14k a month off his Patreon alone, is trying to intrinsically associate himself with a protected class. Imagine if he had tried connecting to black people instead? He'd be dragged out on the streets and beaten to death. Lynched, if you will.

This is a bit of a tangent, but maybe that's why there are so many troons like Jim these days. Troonery is the last refuge of the white male loser, the only path they can take in order to try to get in on the grift that is Social Justice and try to pretend they have some self-worth. Back in the day they'd just find fat domineering women to marry and live small, unhappy lives under their wives' thumbs, out of sight from all except their coworkers. These days? I used to watch Jim years back and stopped watching way before the troon saga because he just became single-note and didn't seem to enjoy games at all anymore. If anything the troon saga brought me back to at least watch from the back rows to see him flail around on the internet desperately trying to stay relevant while everyone abandons him.

LOL fucking same. I just lost interest in him and watch him less and less during the past couple of years. And every time I was interested in a new video of him i couldn't sit throught it. His jokes are getting worse, his memes suck, and everytime he says TRIIIPLEEEE AAAAAA i wanna kill myself. Which by the way, i've seen people saying that he's not even trying to change his voice after transitioning.

Speaking of, what would Jim's answer to the Jewish Question even be? Being that he's a tranny, I assume he'd love nothing more than to see Israel wiped off the face of the Earth. I like some of these other suggestions, although I'd roll the Ubisoft ones into a more general 'Jim takes credit for something he had little to no effect on' so you could apply it to anything from lootbox regulations to inventing Five Nights At Freddy's.

References to his boy-toy Justin are also definitely frequent enough to merit a square, as is said boy-toy's shitty editing skills.

In my defense, I think Ubisoft should be separate from the AAA and things Jim takes credit for as I think it's its own thing, same with 80s/90s cartoon references even though technically Raccoons and McDuck counts. Though even I think I'm getting too autistic about it.

Much like high IQ, insane or a woman, punk is one of those things where the more you claim to be it the less likely that is the case.

Generally you seem to get two types of troon: Incels or autists, in varying extremes; they either failed completely as men and think becoming a woman will put their life on easy mode, or they're preyed upon by the former because they're too spergy to understand what's being done to them.

Jim could fall into either category tbh, but in his case I really think it's all performative. He's doing all this for attention because he hates his career and desperately wants to pivot away into new, fertile ground, but it's not working out at all and he's getting desperate.

Plus, as you say, it's the only real grift in SocJus for a white male, and Jim's probably at least smart enough to see the purity spiral getting tighter; the trooning may be a tactical move to get ahead of his peers dredging up his past activities to cancel him and his 14k a month.

Ooh, that's pretty good, only things I would say are missing are shitty stock images (primarily of women). Pretty much got all of his major facets down.

Latest Jim video is pretty abhorrent though. He's literally stating he has nothing to offer Gamers ("who live from game to game" whatever the fuck that means) and how not going to E3 or getting excited for anything at E3 is good thing.

So basically the video is 20 minutes of him talking about how not going to E3 or covering E3 is a good thing.

Random: Been just finding random reviewers to listen to as background noise. Oddly enough I've run into multiple who seem to take shots at Jim. One called Avalanche Reviews saying one of the many dumb things Jim has said being his criticism of the Dead Space 2 advertisements. Because Jim was complaining about female stereotypes. Even though these were candid reactions, no script, and they just showed the reaction these mothers had to the game.

I don't think Jim realizes that there are people out there who really do match up to stereotypes. There are people you couldn't believe exist outside of some racist depiction of those people, but are 100% real. Of course, Jim has no self awareness as he continues to roll out what has become the actual stereotype for troons... I guess he played himself.
