I've dealt with CSIS. They tried to spook me back in the early 90's when they were pissed about the Internet being the new wild west of free speech.

Calling bullshit. CSIS is a spy agency, they do not have any policing powers or arresting powers like the RCMP. All its employees are just federal employees, if they find criminal activity they forward it to the RCMP. This is a absolute fact, Canada is not the US.

The way you think the world works, the way your mind has you believing the world works, is NOT how the real world works.

We on KF have seen, all too closely, the effects of undiagnosed and untreated mental illness on people.

You need to see a psychiatrist. Honestly. You are displaying some symptoms of schizophrenia. You should realistically at least talk to a professional about what you think is going on in the world.

I was targeting the Tribunals. Not Yaniv specifically. I didn't put a whole lot of planning into it because I assumed a GoPro would have done a good job. It overheated. Seats up front were also taken.

Lest we forget, "it was an afterthought, my camera died and I couldn't get a good seat" is rather different from John's claims at the time:

The "Wax my balls" and my Youtube channels fired a shot across the bow of the BCHRT which helped force them to deny Yaniv a win and kill any future attempts to weaponize them.
We lifted the veil of secrecy that has been around the HRT's in Canada for decades. Now they will think very long and hard before allowing another Jonathan Yaniv to file complaint after complaint.

I was not there specifically for Yaniv, I was going after the BCHRT and a notorious SJW with power, Devyn Cousineau

The shit show at the BCHRT spooked the ones in Alberta and Ontario as well.

notice and there's one thing Government employees hate the most, is having a light shone on what they are doing behind closed doors.

Despite John (and at least two other members of the public) attending and recording the proceedings on their phones, getting the details of what happened out to the public literally weeks before they would be available to order transcripts of the whole thing from the BCHRT website, these behind closed doors hearings are still somehow going on, hiding everything they do from public view (aside from publishing lists of the cases they are hearing, and the judgements in those cases, just to rub in the overall secretiveness).

1) I've never claimed it was an "Afterthought". I simply assumed a GoPro would do the job and didn't put any real planning into it. Hold it hidden in my hand, Walk in, sit down and record. It's small and black, less blatant then a cellphone.
I fell for the GoPro and big Youtuber marketing bullshit and bought one.

2) I had never been to an HRT hearing, so I didn't know how the seating was laid out. I assumed it was like mini courtrooms. They are not. It's 9 office chairs crammed closely together in the corner of a small office, the corner was less then 8' wide.
You can get an idea of how packed it was in the "waxmyballs" channel videos and photo's of Mariam standing alone holding a sign in front of a floor to ceiling window. The room was at best 20' by 12'. with tables taking up the majority of it.
Coseneau was at the furthest end with a clear view of everyone.

3) The front 3 seats were taken by lawyers there to observe from a nearby law office, they kept coming and going constantly. standing up, rustling crap around fucking up the audio, looking in my direction. So ya, it was a bit tricky not getting spotted
it's likely they would have ratted me out. Throw in the super humid day in an unair-conditioned office. The GoPro was constantly overheating and crashing or locking up. You have to pull and reinsert the battery to get it going again
Not an easy task with eyes on you and Coseneau always reminding people about recordings being banned. I also had to recharge it with a cable and a power brick... while being watched.

Normally I would have got there early and snagged a front seat. I was busy and forgot about the hearing. I got there late.

4) The "Waxmyballs" channel videos were on a different date from my first video, it was standing room only because the media and a ton of women showed up.
The woman who recorded it was standing because she showed up late which allowed her to get a clear view and just casually record with her cellphone out.

The third day, there were even more people and the majority of people including myself were forced to stand in the hall. Tickets were handed out to people who managed to get a spot.
That is the day Donald and Dan Dicks got into it with Yaniv in the elevator and the cops were called when Yaniv demanded a police escort out.


I met Jonathan Yaniv for the first time all the way back in 2008 when he was trying to get "National sex day" made an official event across Canada.
I ran into him in downtown Vancouver where he was running around creeping people out with his little plan to get laid. Back then he was just a run of the mill dorky incel.

If you read the final report on the outcome , my videos and the others are mentioned somewhere around page 41-45.
They were not happy about it, they attempted to get Youtube to remove the videos. Youtube refused.
Taking down the HRT's and activist courts isn't something that just happens overnight because of a sneaky video recording.
The media however are becoming more interested in what's going in them now. They are competing with Youtuber's now.

Being the owner of the channel, I have access to the full analytics to the videos, I see the spikes in views whenever certain things start trending on social media or appear in the news.

Also,. There are several members of the media who are subscribed to my channel. The RCMP and VPD are also subscribed. So anything I shoot is evidence against him.
There is also footage I have that's not on the channel. I give that to people who are fighting Yaniv in the event it can be used against Yaniv, the police or the lawyers.

Thanks to Antifa in Montreal. Chris Elston is now beginning to blow up in the media. I'll be there for that when he needs me
Generally he sticks to himself because camera's tend to scare people because they who afraid to talk to him less they get "Cancelled".
The vast majority of conversations he has are off camera.
I don't have the resources to travel the country with him, but I'll happily assist with hooking him up with contacts in the places he goes.

It was pretty clear that they were hoping to flip me to spy on the right by suggesting I need their protection and working with them would provide that.

The full interaction was nearly 45 minutes, but this shows I'm not bullshitting that they made offers and they are watching my videos. Several media outlets and journalists are as well.
Youtube will show you subscribers who have their subscriptions visible instead of private. Keep your subs private if you don't want Youtube channels being alerted you are subbing.

The male cop spent 2 years fighting in court to refuse to speak to investigators about a shooting he was involved in where someone was shot and killed by VPD.
I had someone on the phone silently listening who did a check on them while I was speaking to them, they texted me the results so I knew who I might be dealing with,

Sometimes ya gotta poke around the bee's nest to find the Queen.
They've been following me around for well over a year., I wanted them to show themselves.

I know exactly what triggered the visit. I set it in motion.

A bunch of the Independent media covering protests have been under VPD surveillance and we've had VPD under surveillance for even longer.


It's not always sinister intentions though, sometimes they just follow people who know more then they do about something they are looking into.
Journalists get followed all the time because they are given information that the Police don't have or the manpower to seek out.
If they can't get the person to share what they know, they follow them and see where it leads.


These two embedded themselves in the lockdown protests last summer and were surveilling Dan Dicks and a camera crew making a documentary on him.
I knew they were VPD because I've been keeping tabs on undercovers in Vancouver for many many years. There were several more along the march route
all of whom I recognized. I just played along.
