That's what I've done. They uploaded a third time with the watermarks there and reduced the amount of footage they used but an additional "Known fascist" watermark is added.
They've used content from all 4 of my videos. I could hammer Nicola several more times for each instance and 1 for the libel. That could get the video blocked in Canada if not removed.
I don't care about the videos being used, it's the watermark removal.
Nicola slipped in video of them with a camera to create the illusion that they shot my videos.
Removing the watermark and other deceptive editing of third party video violates the Fair use protection laws.
Legally I can also hit Nicola with a bill for the use of the videos and additional costs for their creation.
Nicola argued I'd be forced to show up in court which isn't entirely true. I could simply hand over ownership or exclusive distribution rights to a third party and let them go after Nicola.
I'm just going to use their tactics against them as written in the book "Rules for Radicals" by Saul Alynski.
Seems yaniv wants to add him to his Xmas card list. Now waiting for the deluge of replies from his "followers".
