He allegedly posed as the Kalamazoo Gunman Jason Brian Dalton, who murdered six people last month, to file a lawsuit against Uber. He claimed that Uber discriminated against his health, didn't pay backwages or overtime, and didn't invite him to any corporate parties. His $10 million dollar lawsuit against Uber made the news, with reporters believing it was filed by the gunman, until it came out that the lawsuit was filed from a different state then where the gunman was being held.
