Outside of wanting to nail far too many tropes and be edgy, the only thing I can ask is why?
This doesn't seem like the thing the "kitch" audiences would want, unless they are aiming for the growing fake kitch (sharknado snakes on a plane etc) fan base whom aren't really into low budget movies but like to watch intentionally bad films and pretend it's the same weird stuff.
Considering Eric Roberts was Maroni in The Dark Knight, this makes it even funnier. Bad taste doesn't matter when it comes to schlock because schlock exists for schlock's sake.
God, that cover looks like something from the bargain bin. You know, something that's made to catches your eye, and trick you into buying it for $1.50.
It's funny how they're trying to play up his orange hair like it was all part of his 'design' when it reality it was an accident because the idiot tried to dye his hair green like the Joker and fucked it up.
Aesthetically-wise, it was kind of a bad move to put fire right behind his mop of orange hair... unless it was intentional. In which case it was still a bad move AND they should feel bad for doing it on purpose.
