I enjoyed Joe’s animations few years back. Shame he seems to have become incredibly spiteful toward others.

Since this is still wip, my only two questions are:
1. One of the guys in the discord screenshots goes by Antoons. I assume that’s not Anton himself, as I figure he and Joe have very different political beliefs.
2. Make sure to not focus solely on the Discord for updates, as it’s best to look for social media posts that are easier to publicly access and verify.

The spitefulness doesn't come close to him having emotes of drawn children being abused. A deranged and perturbed person, it's sickening.

I'm gonna play devil's advocate here and say that I don't think Joe deserves a thread despite a few spergouts. He puts a lot of effort into his content, and tries his best despite his team basically just being him and Danielle. It's understandable that after putting a lot of time and effort into content he felt proud of, when former peers got more attention than him for content that takes demonstrably less effort than his, it can be frustrating. I don't feel like taking it out on those former peers and burning bridges because of it is really the right thing to do, but clearly he feels fine where he is now and if he wants to separate himself from that group of people for not being the kind of people he wants to hang with anymore that's his prerogative. A bunch of strangers commenting on a personal decision of his is also understandably anxiety-inducing, even when he feels comfortable with the decision he made.
If nothing else, the only thing I feel genuinely disappointed in him for doing is not being clear in the fact that he feels jealous, and taking it out through public lashouts, not just remaining quiet and moving away from those people silently. I know twitter is an addictive platform and can get into people's heads, but it's just as easy to simply block the people you'd rather separate yourself from instead of sperging about it.
I say he should keep his chin up, do his best, and not let other people's success weigh him down. I can tell you that it is NEVER good for your mental state to keep comparing yourself to others.

For the record, I really enjoy his content even though it's not consistent. Literally Hitler and Let Her Know (or Something) are nice little shorts, I hope he works on more.

I like to think of this Proving Grounds thread as a litmus test - if he can ignore people making fun of him for acting like a monkey on a hidden section of this website, then he probably won't get a thread.

Although I can sense rising chimp energies coming from him.

This is however the first time I’ve heard the pedo thing.

You don't have to like the creator to enjoy the content. Just because John K. turned out to be a mega creep doesn't mean I won't keep watching old school Ren and Stimpy. I can like something someone creates but still think they're a fucking douche.

Well I can't say that I'm shocked that Joe was eventually going to get mentioned on the forum. Looking at how he spergs out on Twitter is the perfect indicator whether or not he will be worthy of having his own thread. Seeing his seething and resentment is disappointing, when he started injecting the politics into his work, was when it nose dived. He should of stuck with making his videos opposed to going dark for a couple of years.

Joe doesn't seem to realize beyond his discord hugbox that the fact he quit making content regularly is why most people quit watching him. I seen a couple or his newer videos, the Literally Hitler dot scene was my profile pic for a couple of months, because that is the type of humor I like out of Joe, and in many aspects that pales in comparison to some of his older videos.

For being ass mad at the forum because we are talking about how fucking cringe his tweets are is hilarious. His discord hugbox is probably refreshing the thread 24/7. I don't understand how these people think we are the autistic illuminati. Like the entire premise of this web forum is based on laughing at high octane sped posting like Joe has displayed. As much as he says he doesn't care, his actions like his Twitter correspondences indicate other wise.

I liked Joe's animations but the guy wasn't breaking new ground. At best he was at the right place at the right time, that is how he managed to get the traction he did in the first place. Everyone from that era of the internet moved onto bigger and better projects. Joe should shred the ego too, because it's not like he is universally despised. Though seeing his reaction makes me not feel any sympathy for him or his orbiters.

I have a feeling that we have found a new residency rent free in Joe's head. Though Joe comes off to me from his posts, especially his streams these days that he is the Spoony of the animating world.

Bitter, hostile towards his pay pigs, ego like a weather ballon, and never ending self importance. Like how he virtue signals about the evils of the meat industry, while having Homer Simpson tier genetics. Meanwhile not taking into account that the preprocessed soy patties are far worse for your health, than the daily allotment of the cows favourite cuisine/chicken tendies.

My friends time and time again we have witnessed the self sabatoge and lack of awareness by internet personalities that got too big for their own good. If we are lucky, it'll be no time before we get our first batch of gunt pics. May this be a plentiful harvest.

There's also to consider the work of Bob Camp and a whole other team of writers and animators making that show good. John K is such an asshole that he invalidates the work of everyone that was involved with him and thats not fair.

That bullshit attitude from creators deserves to be panned and is no surprise John K for all his whining and spite towards other animators had to be kicked out his own show for self sabotaging and hasn't made anything of value since. Shit attitude is usually accompanied by a nosedive in performance too, as joe here also displays

Joe only seems to be neurotic and obnoxious, so that gives him a leg up- the rest of what's left of the Newgrounds crew is already on a fast boat off the deep end. Maybe he'll turn out to have a fetlife account or something, but I kinda doubt it.
I wonder if it eats at him that his most popular video by far was a "deliberately shitty" short nonsensical 3D animation, not any of his long ass 2D animations. It'd explain the obsession with shitting on every other 2D artist he can dig up, at least.

Joe's behavior is very reminiscent of a lot of independent content creator types, i.e., he shits all over people he's not cool with for no good reason besides imaginary conflicts that only come about because he doesn't have any real ones to worry about but wants to blame failures on something. On a related note, I always wondered why is content in the last few years has started to suck more, it makes a lot of sense that it's because of his generic looking GF, lmfao.
