You can always change your plea. You can't always get the prosecutor or the court to go with it. But it's pretty common for a plea deal to go down literally as the jury has shown for duty and is waiting to be empaneled.

Exactly. Didn't these people learn anything in their school days? The best way to beat someone who is no physical threat to you and mentally subpar is to drive him into a rage, get him to ineffectually assault you, not waste time defending yourself physically, profess your sincere intention to mend fences, and let the forces of legalism punish him.
I hope Beaxte doesn't actually testify, he could screw this up by trying to hard to act the injured innocent. That never works.

The similarity of the charges between this case and the charge against Yaniv’s aunt are “striking”. Assault with a weapon, (cane). If found guilty on the first one heard, it affects the outcome, and the sentencing (prior acts, pattern of behaviour) of the other. That the police are characterising the cane as a weapon in their case against the aunt bodes well for Bexte’s and Rebel News action.

I don't. I hope when he goes into court the dog is so poorly cared for the court is forced to take the animal from him. Eventually he will neglect it to death. He cares for nothing but things which enable his narcissism and grifting lifestyle. I don't want the dog to suffer excessively. Its better the animal get its suffering out of the way now before Yanny the tranny can actually start to heavily abuse and neglect it once it serves him no purpose.
