Wasn't Coulthard getting the Yaniv's to apply for Legal Aid Funding because they claim to be impovershed? I wonder how that application process is going? Only a $35K settlement for himself or his mother will reduce that anxiety, m'lud..."normal services will resume when our bank accounts are healthier Your Honour, promise".

I appreciate anxiety affects folks differently but he seems to manage pretty well in getting out and about, beach and ferry trips, dining out on his own for example for someone who is so anxiety-ridden he needs a "service dog". Reminds me of the time he leaped out of his scooter, despite leg paralysis, when at BCHRT.

I'm more interested to see miriam's financial declaration....like you mentioned, jonny's rent plus the $700 rent from ilana. The old bird must be raking it in...pension, disability benefits(?), death $$$ insurance... Wonder what the equity is in her flat, how much debt she's in?

Of course he doesn't otherwise it would be on his past scammy application for waivers, he even once put that he was paying some sort of child maintenance. He's gone from being an advocate, the plaintiff, to joint plaintiff and renter. They're desperate.

They, or at least he has, signed that legal document saying that he pays rental and as her name is on the filing also she's legally bound too I would have thought hence my wondering just how much $$$ she is taking in each month, either he rents or he doesn't. I would love the court to compare her legal aid claim against her actual bank account(s), same with him re waivers. It would never happen I know but I'd love it to. I mean, if it's all above board then the strata would know about her place being used as commercial storage, the tax people, there would be some sort of payment record etc. But we all know they're lying...he reads here and MMix and he learns what he is doing wrong so sends in amendments and additions.
