Slander is spoken word, Libel is written word FYI. Even then, I think she would need to prove she was damaged by Yaniv's claims which probably won't be damaging cause Yaniv is well documented to be crazy as fuck and a huge liar. But yeah, court houses are wired up pretty well with video cameras so I doubt there is many, if any, blind spot in their filming. It's a pretty easy thing to prove considering there will be video evidence showing her going in and then right back out but it's still a hassle in general. Wondering if Yaniv is just trying to get reporters suspended so they can't report on him.

I am just utterly horrified at how this gelatinous moose-knuckle of a human is attempting to harm this young mother who took time out of her day to report from court when our regular reporter could not make it due to transportation issues.

I wonder if he "reported" it to the police when they came to his condo the other night. He might have thrown that out there as his excuse for being upset and punching a reporter (because another reporter had already "sexually assaulted" him). He might not be able to back down now if he has already made a formal complaint. He might actually have gotten himself in some hot water if he's filed a false police report. I sure hope so. Again, I'm not expecting them to do much, but at some point if he keeps wasting the court's time, they are going to have to send him a message to straighten up or they'll actually crack down on him.

Honestly, if I were a troon, I'd be crowd funding to make Yaniv disappear. He has really opened a lot of eyes up to just how disastrous all of these troon rights things they have been quietly pushing are to real women. Troons have to hate him just as much as the TERFs do at this point.
