Looks like Jonathan is being charged with his run in with Chris Elston. A warrant has been issued today.

I have no idea how this will affect the terms of his probation from the weapons plea.

All of his accused crimes are very very low on what the result will be if he is convicted. Small fines, probation, and maybe community service. That's about all.

Do you believe people should be in jail without trial? I also can't speak on the ruling itself, but if I had to guess he'll get fined only. Uttering a death threat is only a summary offense(misdemeanor) in Canada, not an indictable one(felony).

Great video Josh. There will be troons who say that women do these things too, but this is simply not the case.
