Lately I've been wondering exactly how many women need to be raped before countries start walking back these dumbass "put any penis-haver in with women if he says he's a woman" policies. Like, even if you think all trans women are angelic, post-op, HSTS , actual-woman-respecting, Blaire White types (even with obvious cases like Yanny here to prove they're not), surely one would recognize that creating a policy that says "Just say the magic words 'I identify as a woman' and we'll give you access to this place where vulnerable women have zero privacy, shower together, etc" to a bunch of male inmates is absolute lunacy. I mean they might as well tell the pedos they can identify as 12 year olds and go to juvie.

I know in the UK it took Karen White to wake people the fuck up and they have a troons only zone now (which was obviously the right solution from the get-go, but y'know, validating genderfeels of delusional men takes priority over women's safety). When will Canada walk back their equally dumbass policy? And California USA literally just implemented a policy which is even more batshit -- afaik in places like the UK or Canada there is some bare minimum level of legally changing gender or taking some sort of steps to transition, California's is just straight up "say the words 'I identify as a woman' and you're in".

How many Californian women are gonna have to be raped before Democrat legislators and wokie constituents realize that a policy that leads to disproportionately black and brown women being raped is not, in fact, some shining advancement of human rights?

1. It takes a lot for a woman to go to prison, so the ladies there are a notorious group

2. It is not that he will make no friends there, it is that everyone will hate him for his entire duration. And (evil)women being women means he will receive all the emotional abuse and mind games he can handle .

Speculation but I think a big problem with women's prison is going to be this:

He confuses what he's attracted to with what he wants to be. And he confuses what he wants to be with what he is.

He idealizes himself as a middle-school-age, white, thin, shiksa girl with long, straight hair who exemplifies girl power, trendiness, beauty, and a plucky attitude. This is what he wants and for him this is what being a woman is all about. And if he's a woman and this is what being a woman is, then this is what he is.

If the man won't put him in lady jail, then he's not a real lady. If the man does put him in lady jail and the ladies in there are not living up to his lady standards, then they're not real ladies and he's still not in real lady jail.

Obviously jail is meant to be a hard time, but I feel like Mr. Harry Perov Balls is going to have a tougher time than some because he is so easily affronted. And I am here for it.

It's actually a hybrid offense, which means they can choose to go summary or indictable. Yanivs will be summary, though. Indictable would be some guy who hospitalised his wife telling her he'll kill her/ her family if she testifies against him, or something like that.Or threatening a cop ofr a judge.

He's fucked. The entire Vancouver area, not to mention BC in general, has a significant Native population. There's relatively few female-specific correctional facilities in BC so they tend to get funneled into those and those women come from all over.

To give you a concept of how badly Yaniv fucked up, the Native prison population in Canada is almost exactly equal in proportion to the Black prison population in USA.

I don't think anything will change.. reason being women (and men) get raped in prison by other inmates and COs as it is, and nothing usually happens. Of course, having men in women's prisons will make things 10000x worse for women, but I doubt anything will happen to protect women from them.
