The thought just crossed my mind this morning that in this year of the harvest things have been disappointingly quite on Jonny boy's front and then this pops up, what a way to ring in 2021. Happy new year's my fellow kiwis

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if his Plan A is in fact to get jailed and either end up in with the men - in which case he'll be gearing up to sue the arse off of BC for violating his hairy-bollocked 'human' rights - or if he's in a female jail, it'll be one great big wank fantasy come true: vulnerable disadvantaged white girls to 'befriend' & help with their period problems, ethnic minorities to harass, a new post-jail marketable image of himself as the Great Tranny Martyr of Vancouver to cultivate...

JJYS has massive issues with impulse control. He can't even plan far enough to wash his hair while he's having a shower.
Now, these charges become quite interesting because they reflect a Crown starting to wake up to JJYS abusing the system.
Another thing to be mindful of is that, generally, when a Judge gives a person the massive latitude and gift of a conditional discharge, they become very annoyed when that gift is met with more criminal activity. They can become very, let's say, "pissed off".
Now, as I have cautioned before, hold back your expectations of a custodial sentence and prison justice. The Canadian criminal justice system can be as harsh as any, but it *is* more rooted in rehabilitative and restorative justice than punitive justice. The American justice system is actually a bit of an outlier I among First World nations in their prodigious use of incarceration

This will be very different because the court is now wise to his antics. It started when it was shown that he faked the Donald emails. Then he had the audacity to sue the city, the cops and 911. Now he utters threats on video and proceeds to lie to the officer about what happened despite the video evidence. His conditional discharge will be revoked (because he did not meet the conditions), and he will be held accountable for his behaviour. My guess is there will be a hefty fine, very short jail time (30 days or less), and a plethora of conditions including anger management or other counselling.
His jail time, if any, will be in a women's facility. It is the law in Canada. My guess is that he will be segregated the entire time, (to protect the self ID policy from Yaniv's destructive paws, not to protect the women or even JY).
Hopefully he will chimp out in court and do more damage to his legal reputation.

I don't really follow or participate in discussing this freak, I do know a bit about his antics and have an understanding and know generally about his many legal adventures. Idiots wearing a dress and makeup ain't exactly my cup of tea. But this guy is quite insane about it all though which is borne out by him having a forum, like that fat redneck and grumpy streamer who is a mobile game addict! Yaniv is kind of like a Canadian version of a Tooter/Greer/Bate mashup I suppose!
Just wanted to mention that there is no hard guarantee he will do jail time over this. While I never worked in criminal proceedings in my 30+ years in law, I read enough court rules, legislation, caselaw etc. to get the nuances of the wordings when it comes to the BS way some of these rules and such are written.
As an example, there are times when you read a rule or and Act or whatever where one or two words can leave the section up to some interpretation. In the above CCC, the key word with respect to jail/sentence is "liable". It is basically saying he "may" face up to xx years if convicted. Not that he "will" get that long. The maximum he would get is what is stated in the section. A hardened criminal who has a lengthy rap sheet especially for similar crimes, could get close to or the max sentence.
I hope he does get jail time (doubtful it will cure his insanity about wanting to be a woman) but he might only get a very short sentence or even community service or suspended sentence etc.
Regardless though, he now has to deal with being on the receiving end of the law, and that undoubtedly will cause him stress, inconvenience and money for a lawyer. So, that's great in of itself I'd say! I hope he does some royal chimping out over it as a bonus!

The consequences for violating the probation aren't much IIRC. Right now I believe Yaniv can get his charges from the taser incident dropped from his record if he stays clean for a year or two. Unfortunately, being convicted of a crime like this ensures the charges will stay on his record and also means the court is less likely to treat him so gently in the future.
He still has troonshield and this would just be his second conviction, so I don't think he'll wind up in prison over it, but a lengthier probation with no chance to get his charges dropped for good behavior? Almost guaranteed.
This "signature" should be considered a crime all its own.
