Apologies for getting the odd word wrong and not being able to catch others but I can't understand him most of the time but anyway a quick and rough transcript for those who dont want to hear that tardish voice. Lots of sighing and disjointed sentences throughout...

"I went to the doctors …I went to the Urgent Care Centre(?) and I had them do an exam on me and they told me that…they told me that my clitoris fell off and they showed me where it did fall off but it’s…the doctor told me that but like it’s impossible for me to comprehend so I got the guy to send to take some pictures of that area and I sent them over to my surgeon and to the 2nd surgeon two surgeons did my surgery and they don’t believe it. It’s not impossible but it’s so rare that something like that(?) could happen because how do I put it…the clitoris is basically the tip, the tip of my old dick, honestly and like with the vein, like with the vein and everything with the blood supply. So if that was to happen then I’d be dead cos I’d be bleeding out like crazy so….it doesn’t make sense. I mean every doctor has told me something different and that’s why I don’t trust doctors. I don’t trust them at all.

It’s not there, I don’t know where it went, it’s not there any more. So I’m going tomorrow to have a check up by a nurse from Trans Care BC that knows the stuff. She’s going to look into it with a second or two nurses are going to do a full exam on me.

No... not at all. A while back there was a subreddit that people could post GRS horror stories/fails which eventually got banned. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. From browsing there occasionally, this was something quite common maybe not exactly 'my clitoris fell off', but similar complications. Dead skin, no sensation, difficulty urinating, bad smell, etc... Many of those people reporting that after one or more revision 'surgeries'. Those left them with nothing working even after that.

There was one case in particular that I remember with someone who had it done and had multiple complications... obviously, it didn't fix the gender dysphoria and only made matters worse. The end result? They ended up offing themself and their brother posted on the sub to advise people of that.

Let's be real, all these surgeons do is place a penis through a meat grinder and try to reassemble everything. It's not surprising that people end up with a loss of circulation leading to necrosis or nerves which are unable to fully heal.

I think if someone undergoes that type of surgery and ends up with something that 'works' it's more to do with good luck than good surgical practice.
