Might be the first time I read every page in a featured thread going forward purely to peruse the quality of shade being flung this morning.

I don't follow Yaniv closely enough to know if he's the type to an hero? It doesn't sound like he's responsible enough to maintain the health routines he needs to survive, so diabetes or this could just as easily overwhelm his capabilities. I don't deny he's bound for the 41% at this point, but I always fixate on intentionals versus Darwin winners.

Double #actually, the surgery was experimental in the first place and then needed multiple revisions after. Maybe Jazz wasn't 100% on the aftercare but JFC that's a lot to ask of a kid.

There's a whole Peak Trans that comes with realizing that there is no good outcome here. They are all botched.

Kids are impulsive, short-sighted and get bored easily. They're like the worst candidates for complex gender surgery.

The only reason they had to go with an "experimental" surgery is because Jazz was on the hormone blockers at such a young age that the penis wasn't developed enough to actually get anything out of. That's one of the many real dangers of "trans kids."

I know he's a huge piece of shit and he probably deserves it, I know he would laugh about it if it happend to someone he didn't like and I know that he brought this upon himself with his own life choices (albeit with the help of a corrupt medical system that allows this shit to happen and actively encourages it) but when I hear the fear and desperation in his voice I still feel bad for him. This is a man who realized too late that he ruined his own life and now it's too late to go back, it's pretty fucked up when you think about it.

If you had so much as *suggested* to him that mutilating his genitals might not be the best solution to his gender dysphoria (which is a funny way to spell "need for an excuse to invade women's spaces and sexually harass them"), he would have ruined your life. Not criticized you. Not had a discussion with you. Not educated you on where you were ignorant or misled. He would have mobilized his social media death squads to carpet bomb your life and the lives of anyone who didn't disown you until you were penniless and exiled.
